KYIEX is a digital product. We do not run user accounts, we do not ask for passwords, and we never see or store your payment card details. We collect the minimum we need to deliver what you bought and answer you if you write to us. That is close to everything you need to know. The rest is below.

We collect your email address when you purchase KYIEX, so we can deliver access and provide support. If you contact us directly or through a form on the site, we collect whatever you choose to send us (your email and your message). We also collect basic, non-identifying usage data about how the site is visited, such as approximate location, browser type, and which pages are viewed. We do not collect your name beyond what appears on your purchase, we do not collect your phone number, and we do not collect payment card details. Payment information is handled entirely by our payment provider (see Payments below).
We use your information to deliver the product you purchased, to respond to your messages, to provide support, and to keep the site working and improve it. We will only send you marketing or product emails if you explicitly opt in. We do not add buyers to a marketing list by default.
Purchases are processed by Lemon Squeezy, which acts as the merchant of record for KYIEX. This means Lemon Squeezy is the seller on record for the transaction and handles your payment details, billing, and applicable tax. We never receive or store your full card information. Lemon Squeezy's handling of your data is governed by its own privacy policy.
The site uses cookies and similar technologies for basic functionality and to understand general traffic patterns. This data is aggregated and is not used to identify you personally. You can control or block cookies through your browser settings.
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We share information only with the service providers required to operate KYIEX, such as our payment provider (Lemon Squeezy) and our hosting and analytics platform (Framer). We may also disclose information if legally required to do so.
You can ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you can opt out of any optional emails at any time. To make a request, contact us at support@kyiex.net. We will respond within a reasonable time.
We keep purchase-related information for as long as needed to provide support, honor refunds, and meet legal and tax obligations. After that, we delete or anonymize it.
KYIEX is intended for adults and is not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If you believe a minor has provided us information, contact us and we will remove it.
We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the "Last updated" date at the top. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised policy.
